Monthly Subscription Questions
Here at christianaudio, we offer two Thoughtful Subscriber services. The number one benefit you receive through the subscription is low price! It’s really quite simple. When you commit to a monthly subscription program, we are able to give you a better price. Please visit our Subscription Information page for details on the two programs we offer.
You can access your subscription information in the “My Account” section under “Subscription Information,” or by clicking here.
If you no longer want to receive monthly rollover credits, simply contact Customer Service and request your subscription be canceled. Any credits you have accumulated in your account will remain and you will no longer be billed.
Yes, your credits are yours. If you cancel your subscription, any credits in your account are yours to keep until you use them.
There are two available subscription programs, Basic and Premium. If you satisfied with the quality of our audiobooks and decide that you would want the Premium subscription service, its easy to upgrade. All you need to do is add the PREMIUM Thoughtful Listener program to your online cart and proceed with checkout. The system will automatically upgrade you to the new subscription service; and vice versa for downgrade.
If you would like to change which credit card your subscription is billed to or you need to update the expiration date, you can access your subscription information in the “My Account” section under “Subscription Information,” or by clicking here.
Using credits is easier than a credit card!
-When you get to our site, be sure to login before searching for items. After you have logged in, you will see how many credits you have to use at the top-right corner of the page, next to your name.
-Now you can search for the item you want, choose your format, and add click “Add to Cart.”
-Once an item is in your cart, you can view all the details of the item in a compact place. Here, in the middle of the details for the item, you will see how many credits the item costs and a “Use Credits” clickable link. Simply click “Use Credits” and the item will use credits from your account instead of charging money.
-Remember that you must have at least an equal number of credits for an item to purchase the item. This means that if an item costs 6 credits, and you have 5 credits in your account, you will not be able to use credits to purchase the item.
Our Subscription Services are open to anyone that has a valid credit card and a free christianaudio.com account. But, we do not currently ship out of the United States. Therefore, International customers may only use their subscription credits to purchase downloadable content.
