Login and Password Questions
When you opened your free christianaudio account, you should have received an email containing your login information. But, emails get lost and the human memory is fallible. That’s why we are here to help!
It’s alright, don’t panic! Our system has a built in reminder! If you happen to forget your password, have a reminder sent to the email address on file. If you believe you are entering your password correctly but it still comes up with a login error, be sure you are entering it correctly and with correct caps. For example, password, PaSsWoRd and PASSWORD are not the same to the system. You must be sure the caps are correct when entering your password.
If you’ve forgotten your password and you do not have your correct email address in the system, we can still access your account. Under these circumstances, please contact customer service and we will ask for some verification information in order to reset your email address and password.
If you cannot remember the email address you used to open your account or for some other reason you are unable to login to your account, please contact customer service and we will assist you.
