Questions about Orders
Although we strive to make your experience at christianaudio a pleasant one and we try to make your ordering experience flow as easily as possible, we understand there are still questions that many of our customers may have. If you have a question that is not answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
We understand the need for security, especially in the times we live in. We respect your right to privacy and security in all areas, especially while you are shopping on our site. All orders, including your credit card information are processed through a secure connection. The way you can tell when you are on a secure connection is by looking at the address bar of the page you are on. If it says “https://” then you are surfing securely. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Well, we we’re listening as many of our customers asked the same question. When we redesigned our site, we added a “Wish List” feature. If you see an item you want, but maybe you want to wait to buy it for one reason or another, you can add it to your “Wish List” and then purchase it later. You can always view the content of your “Wish List” by clicking on “Wish List” at the top of every page, or by clicking here.
Sometimes we run specials that use a coupon code in order to receive a discount on an order; we also have promotional advertisements with several other websites. This is also the area where you enter the code for the free monthly download. If you do not have a coupon code, simply click “Checkout” to continue with your order.
Every month we randomly offer a download of one of our audiobooks absolutely free. You can find the free audiobook download and the coupon code for this month here. Simply add the download to your cart, type in the coupon code for that month, and get the free download. Remember that you can only use the coupon code once per month.
We have made your main resource for all order and account information accessible from one main place, the “My Account” section. You can access your account by clicking on “My Account” at the top-right side of every page, or by clicking here. In “My Account” you can see all your orders and the status of each order.
Our system uses unique terms for each phase of your order.
Pending: This means your payment has been approved. If you ordered digital download items that are currently available, then you can now download them. If you ordered hard goods that will be shipped, then your order is being processed. Once we have confirmed payment and availability of your item, we will either ship or let you know if there are any problems.
Processing: This means we are packing your item(s) or there are concerns with your order and we will be contacting you soon.
Completed: This means that your order has been fully processed. If you purchased digital download items, these items are still available for download. If you place a digital download order with an order total of $0.00, your order will automatically be labeled as “Completed.”
Back Order: This means at least one item in your order is not currently available. When your order is placed in this status, you will receive an email from us stating the expected fulfillment date.
Pre-Order: This means at least one item in your order was ordered before the item is available. Normally, your credit card will not be charged until the item is available and you will receive an email when the item has shipped or is available for download.
Shipped: This means that all shippable items in your order have been shipped.
Canceled: This means that we have canceled your order due to customer request, failed payment method, out of country shipping, or another order issue. A notation is made on the order stating the reason why the order was canceled and the refund measure taken. You will also notice a three digit ‘Digital Initial’ of the Customer Service Representative that processed your cancellation. This is used for our reference purposes.
Yes, we encourage everyone to browse and purchase our more than 500 thoughtful Christian audio products. There is one exception to international orders: we do not ship out of the United States. This means that any product that is downloadable is available to everyone. Unfortunately, we do not make any exceptions on international shipments.
We hope that there is never a reason that you would need to return an item, but if it happens please contact us and we’ll get back to you with specific instructions.
