Ordering & Redeeming Gift Certificates
Many customers have said they enjoy the products we offer and have told us that they would love to share our products with their friends, family and loved ones. And what better way than a christianaudio Gift Certificate! We believe that this Help Center topic should answer any questions you may have about Gift Certificates, but if you still have one, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Gift Certificates are easy to purchase. To get started, you must have a christianaudio account. This is a free account that anyone can get. If you’ve ever placed an order with us before, then you already have an account. If you do not have an account, simply click here to open one. Once you have an account and you are logged into your account, you can purchase a Gift Certificate by clicking the link at the top-right of every page, or by clicking here.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate is as easy as purchasing one! When someone has purchased a Gift Certificate for you, you will receive an email with an 8-digit “Redemption Code.” Click the code and log into your account to redeem the Gift Certificate. (If you don’t have an account, you can click the “Create An Account” button.) The balance will then be added to your account and can be used to purchase anything! You can also redeem your Gift Certificate by visiting the My Account page and clicking the “Redeem a Gift Certificate” link near the bottom of the page.
Using a Gift Certificate to pay for an order is easier than a credit card! During the normal checkout process, you will come to the page where you would normally enter your credit card information. Instead of entering your credit card information, check the box inside the coupon cutout area that says “Use gift certificate.” You may still need to enter credit card information if your order is more than the value of the Gift Certificate.
A Promotional Gift Certificate is essentially the same as a purchased Gift Certificate, with the exception of the redemption process. You still must have a christianaudio account, which you can create here. Once you have an account and you are logged in, click the “Redeem a Gift Certificate” link near the bottom of the My Account page. Here you can enter the 8-digit “Redemption Code” and use your Promotional Gift Certificate.
For the value status of your Gift Certificates, along with any other account function or information, visit the My Account section of our site by clicking the “My Account” tab at the top of every page, or by clicking here. In My Account, you can view any Gift Certificates you may have as well as the remaining value.
The only cost for a Gift Certificate is the amount you want to purchase one for, in any increment from $10 to $1,000! So, if you wanted to get Aunt Sally a $25 Gift Certificate for her birthday, it would cost you $25.
Some companies may impose an expiration date or non-use service charges to their Gift Certificates. Our Gift Certificates do not expire and there are no service charges. When you purchase a Gift Certificate, it will hold its value until it is used.
A Gift Certificate is as good as green cash. No, really. Our Gift Certificates can be used for any product and can be applied toward products, shipping, and tax. You can use a Gift certificate for anything that you would use your credit card for. There are only two exceptions to our Gift Certificates; you cannot use them to purchase another Gift Certificate and you cannot use them for Monthly Subscriptions.
We understand that a Gift Certificate may be larger than you would want to use in a single order. Therefore, the value of your Gift Certificate is stored in our online system until it is fully used. For example: if you redeemed a $40 Gift Certificate and placed an order for $24.98, you would have a balance of $15.02 left in your account for later use.
No problem. You can always pay the remainder of an order with a credit card. For example: if you placed an order for $25.00 and used a $5.00 gift certificate, you can pay the remaining $20.00 with a credit card.
No. Our policy is to not allow any type of “payout” on our Gift Certificates. We have over 500 items available for download and shipment to anywhere in the United States, so we’re sure you can find something that interests you.
Of course! Our Gift Certificates are for everyone. We do want to remind you though that we currently do not ship out of the United States, so you could only use the Gift Certificate towards downloadable products.
