Return & Refund Policy
Within 30 days of placing your order through our online store at www.christianaudio.com, you may request a refund for any audiobook that has not yet been downloaded. Please note that we will not refund any audiobook that has been downloaded unless we can confirm that the files are corrupted from our servers or that the files are incompatible with your system and we are unable to provide a compatible version. Status of downloads are determined automatically through our system. All downloads are given at least twelve (12) download attempts in a one year (365 day) period before expiring. Each time you attempt to download a title, the counter will decrease. All refunds and exchanges are ultimately at the discretion of our Customer Service representatives. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original order was placed. Please Contact Us for specific instruction on processing download-order refunds.
We do not price match downloads against other download sites nor do we refund a price difference in the event of a sale or special pricing event.You may, for any reason, return an audiobook purchased on our online store at www.christianaudio.com, in its original shrink-wrap packaging to our return address within 30 days of the ship date for a full product refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Opened audiobooks can be exchanged within 30 days for the same product. Exchanges are only offered due to a defect or other manufacturing flaw. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are ultimately at the discretion of our Customer Service representatives. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original order was placed. Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our titles that you purchased directly from a retail store (such as Wal-Mart or Barnes & Noble) or online retailer (such as Amazon). Please take your original receipt and the unopened title to the store you purchased it from for a refund or exchange.
We take pride in our thoughtful Christian content as well as the quality of our recordings. We guarantee that all of our digital and hardcopy products are of the highest quality. Although we strive to produce the highest quality audiobooks, every so often a defective product will make its way into our stock. If this happens, we are more than happy to replace or exchange – free of charge – any title, disc, or digital download that does not meet our quality standards.
Our online store, www.christianaudio.com also has a vast selection of third-party audio content that is not produced by us. Because we did not produce these products, we cannot guarantee that the quality of the recordings will match our quality. We do, however, strive to offer only the best third-party content and are willing to exchange any defective product. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are ultimately at the discretion of our Customer Service representatives.
Although we guarantee the quality of our audiobooks, we do not guarantee the content. We understand everyone has a slightly different view about content we publish, and though we strive to produce audiobooks that will fulfill these views, it is impossible to meet everyone’s expectations.
This warranty does not cover accidental or purposeful damage to discs; normal wear-and-tear; disc warping due to misuse or exposure to heat; or any disc that has been copied, burned, or ripped to a computer or another digital device. This warranty does not cover any digital download that has been illegally distributed or any file that has been edited from its original version as available from our servers.
