More on Port William's membership
Having read all of Wendell Berry's novels, it's nice to read some of his short stories. Many of the stories might be familiar to you since some of them appear in his other books. While many of Berry's novels can be melancholy and nostalgic, most of these stories, especially those about Tol Proudfoot and Miss Minnie are funny. The narraration is once again excellent.

Outstanding!!
This is my 4th Wendell Berry audiobook; each has its own charms, but until THAT DISTANT LAND my favorite was HANNAH COULTER. Now I have 2 favorites! Con-gratulations to Michael Kramer and ChristianAudio for outstanding contribu-tions in your field. (Am hoping for Berry's poetry soon.) I highly recommend this to all lovers of great American lit. & audiobooks!
