Dekker Has Done It Again!
I really didn't know what to expect when I started listening to Forbidden. It follows on the heals of the Circle Series in the fantasy other world of Black, Red, White and Green. Now that I am listening to Green, I wish I would have listened to it prior to Forbidden. Excellent character development as always, with a tantalizing plot of suspense.

Warning "SPOILERS": Do not read anymore of this review if you are thinking of reading this book. The following will most definitely ruin some of the story's suspense. My only real draw back from offering this 5 stars is that the story seems to have taken a wrong turn in calling for the sacrifice of the would be queen. It seemed more like human sacrifice than redemption. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
