So you think Galatians is all about 'justification by faith'? Why not try another look? Take a walk (not romp) through Galatians and watch the Apostle Paul wrestle with the issue of Gentile inclusion in the people of God apart from any need to do the Law as Paul focuses on the redeeming work of Christ and the empowering work of the Spirit. And of course 'no law' does not mean 'no ethics'. So what is the 'law of Christ' Paul insists on?

What If There Were No Law?
I've been on the fence for years, striken with cognitive dissonance concerning what I should do about the ten commandments, particularly the Sabbath Commandment. Spirit Life has made a lot of sense, but then what to do with the commandments that Christ said he didn't come to do away with. Gordon Fee helped me make so much sense of it all. Galatians has been such an important book for me as I have struggled to renounce my ties with organized legalism, now Gordon Fee has helped me take several steps beyond. God bless this dear saint and Pauline scholar. He's as likeable and passionate an academic as I've ever encountered. If you've ever struggled with legalism, perfectionism, and or addictions (including sin), I highly recommend "Galatians In A Week".
