Saint, Slave or Scholar? Patrick of Ireland is known as all three but who is he really? Let K.C. Murdarasi bring to light the real life of this father of the Christian faith. Kidnapped from his home and family as a young boy you would think forgiveness would have been far from his mind.
Yet with God's grace Patrick returned to the land of his captivity where he preached the Good News of Jesus Christ to slaves and kings alike and left a legacy of faith that would last for centuries.
- I’ve listened to the book twice now since I got it last week and I will listen to again in future it is a faith building work
This is a book if adventure bravery and going where only a brave man would dare to go. What moved me a lot was that he started to pray and call out to God and hear from God, when he was taking a slave to Ireland. God spoke to him, in dreams. I’m 50 years old and I wish I had some children around to share this book with, this is definitely a book that children would love, but also good for adults very inspiring to hear about the early Saints .
