Wonderful, useful, God-center.
Studied the book in our Men's Discipleship group at our church. Very helpful information even at my age (83).

Tremendously encouraging and immensely practical
Get off the treadmill of exhaustion, joyless existence, and frayed relationships. Murray describes the warning signals of burnout and gives immensely practical advice on how to slow down to go further.
Top tactics to improve mental, emotional, physical, and to some extent spiritual health: rest, exercise, & diet.

Loved it! Practical, authentic and loved listening to it in the authors own voice. Looking forward to his wife’s book as well.
