EXCELLENT drama in a middle-east context
great story set in the area that is Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India today. The issues at the time of the book correlate incredibly to the challenges American troops face there to day. If I didn't know better, I would think G. A. Henty wrote this book so we would understand the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
